Annotate, enrich and share your videos!
Through “pintagging”, ClassInTheBox introduces a new concept for working with video format, allowing marking, enhancing, and sharing both videos imported directly from the internet and recordings captured with the citbREC extension.
An online class
A video conference
A video tutorial
Enhance your videos with pins and tags
…and transform them into transmedia videos.
Pintagging is to put pins and tags in a video to identify and mark those parts that we want to focus upon. Using pins, we leave specific marks. With the tags, we directly highlight a section of the video. All this in a very visual and interactive way.
ClassInTheBox is the perfect tool for combining digital resources available or created for the occasion into a transmedia video, enhancing the video and making it the central hub connecting resources for presentation, practice, production, and evaluation of content.
Develop in your students the skills of synthesis, comprehension, creativity, etc.
Take advantage of the potential of the tool so that it is the students themselves who pintag the videos. Ask them to look for the main and secondary ideas, the causes and consequences of a conflict, the phases of a scientific process, the unit vocabulary or the evidence to detect fake news. Empower them to make the video their own and enrich it in their own way with the Students module
Create interesting projects, such as having students design the front page of The Daily Prophet newspaper from the Harry Potter series, locate the action scenes of the Avengers on Google Earth, and create a music playlist for the cast of their favorite TV show on Spotify. All this, through transmedia videos pintagged with ClassInTheBox.
